Go2digha.com holds no responsibility for whatsoever for any kind of error, omission or misinterpretation on the pages of its websites. Everyone using this website should accept the procedures and conditions of the website from time to time that apply to the use of these services.
Modifications of the Terms of Use
We reserve the right to change or alter any terms or conditions contained in the site at anytime at our sole discretion. Unless otherwise specified any changes or modifications will be effective immediately after posting of the reviews on the site. To know about such changes you should check this page from time to time.
Payment
For bookings and other services advanced payments should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balanced amount need to be paid either before or after your departure. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advanced payment based on the nature of services and for the commencement of services.
Mode of Payment
Based on the transactional requirements, advance payments can be made through the following methods:
ü Visa/Master card/American express credit card
ü Banker’s cheque/bank draft
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of bookings for tour/travel services due to unavoidable circumstances/reasons we must be informed in writing. Cancellation will be effective from the date we receive the intimation in writing and cancellation charges would be as below.
ü Bookings can be cancelled at least 30 working days prior to the date of arrival. 90% of the advance deposit may be refunded after deducting 10% for processing & accounting charges.
ü If bookings are cancelled at least 15 working days, 75% of the advance payment may be refunded except the transactional charges.
ü If booking is cancelled 7 days prior, then 50% of the advance deposit may be refunded.
ü No refund, if anyone wants to cancel the booking after the above stated period or in no show.
Refund
The refund amount will be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy. Any payment received through a credit card would be made on the same credit card only. Please note that the refund process may take 2 to 9 weeks due to banking procedures.
